Return Period

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

• Customized or personalized items

• Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

1. Log in to your account and go to Orders
2. Select the order and click "Return Item"
3. Choose the reason for return
4. Print the return label
5. Pack the item securely and ship it back

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
